Survived by daughter, Michelle Moore (Daren); granddaughter, Mattie Kilpatrick; brothers, Vernon Adcock (Priscilla), Doug Adcock; 1 nephew. The service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, November 12, 2014 at West Harpeth Funeral Home with Stephen Seymour officiating. Interment will follow at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens.
