TOMMY JEAN JOHNSON, 83, Of Nashville, Passed Tuesday April 25, 2017, at Alive Hospice.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Craig D. Johnson. She is survived by her sons: Paul (Misty) and Mitch (Mary), and two Grandchildren Benjamin and Courtney Johnson.
A gathering for family and friends will be held at West Harpeth Funeral Home, 6962 Charlotte Pike, on Thursday, April 27, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. A private graveside service will be held at a later date in Humboldt, Tennessee. In lieu of flowers, memorials are encouraged to Alive Hospice
