Treva Oakley Collins - Age 85, passed away June 12, 2019. She is preceded in death by her husband, Harold "Buddy" Collins. Survived by children, Allen (Brenda) Collins, Karin (Chris) Fallon, and Belinda Collins; grandchildren, Reed (Haley) Collins, Ross (Marla) Collins, John Fallon, Allison Fallon, and Matthew (Samantha) Fallon; great grandchildren, Lena and Mya Collins, Inara and Cordelia Fallon; sisters, Deri Hammock and Brenda Oakley.

A Celebration of Life service will be on Monday, June 17, 2019, at 11:00am, at West Harpeth Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorials are encouraged to Mercy Ministries.

Visitation with the family will be on Monday from 10:00am until the service time at 11:00am, both at West Harpeth on Charlotte.
