William (Bill) Brooks

Age 77, of Nashville, passed away on July 5, 2016. He was a retired Lieutenant of 25 years for the Metro Police Department. Preceded in death by his wife, Rita D. Brooks. Survived by his children, Tanya (Rodger) Wilson, Vickie Brooks, and Mark Brooks; grandchildren, Tori Haskins (Aaron Meritt), Kelly, Michael, and Anna Grace; brother, David (Gaye) Brooks; niece, Emily Brooks (Cory) Williams Visitation will be on Friday, July 8 at 2:00pm until 8:00pm at West Harpeth Funeral Home. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, July 9, 11:00am West Harpeth Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens.
