William C. Hatcher
William C. Hatcher, age 83 of Gallatin, passed away on Tuesday, November 17, 2009 at his residence. He was born to the late Dorsey and Ruth Hatcher. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Steven Joel Hatcher. He is survived by his wife, Willene Hatcher of Gallatin; sons, Phillip Hatcher and his wife Patricia of Mt. Juliet, Richard Hatcher and his wife Carol of Gallatin; daughter-in-law, Mary Lloyd Hatcher of Virginia; nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; five brothers; three sisters; and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be conducted on Friday, November 20, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. from the chapel of Gallatin Funeral Home with Rev. Jerry Wallace and Rev. Felix Snell officiating. Interment will follow in the Gallatin Memory Gardens at Crestview where the family will serve as pallbearers. Visitation will be held on Friday, November 20, from 12 Noon until service time at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association, Nashville TN Office, 4205 Hillsboro Road, Suite 200, Nashville, TN 37215-3339.
